My Passion

My name is Tra Satterwhite, and I am the Founder of MooreFit360. I was born in Tacoma, Washington, a city that shaped my early years with its unique blend of culture and surroundings. However, life took a profound turn when I lost my mother at the age of 15. It was a devastating experience that left a void in my heart and a weight on my soul. In the midst of this loss, I found solace and strength in an unexpected place: fitness.

During those challenging times, my wonderful grandparents stepped in, providing me with love and support when I needed it most. They became my rock, creating a stable home environment that allowed me to navigate my grief. As I struggled to cope with the absence of my mom, I turned to physical activity as an outlet. Fitness became my sanctuary—a way to keep my mind occupied and my spirit lifted.

I immersed myself in workouts, discovering the joy and empowerment that came from pushing my body and challenging my limits. What began as a distraction soon evolved into a profound passion. I found myself captivated by the world of fitness; it was not just a means of escape but a way to embrace life and foster resilience. My love for fitness grew deeper as I continued to explore various workouts and training styles.

Over the years, I worked at several gyms and collaborated with different schools, sharing my passion with others. Each experience reinforced my commitment to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness, just as it had helped me. I learned the importance of community and support in achieving health and wellness goals, and I strive to create that same nurturing environment for my clients.

The name “MooreFit” holds significant meaning for me, as it is both my middle name and my mother’s last name. This journey is dedicated to her and my grandparents honoring their influence and support in my life. The concept of “360” represents my holistic approach to fitness and wellness—addressing not just physical strength, but also mental and emotional well-being. It embodies the idea that true transformation encompasses every aspect of life, leading to a balanced and fulfilling journey.
